The rules, short
- Treat people like people. No harassment, bigotry, or cruelty.
- No recruiter spam, no growth hacking, no selling in the main channels.
- Criticize ideas and systems, not members. Assume good faith until proven otherwise.
- Ask before DMing someone with a pitch.
- Keep private conversations private. Don't repost without consent.
- If something feels wrong, report it. Moderation is done by volunteers and logged.
What happens inside
The Telegram is organized into a few channels so the signal survives the noise. You don't have to post. Reading is participating.
#general Conversation, links, news, and the occasional rant. The living room.
#introductions Who you are, what you do, what you're looking for. Optional but useful.
#opportunities Jobs, gigs, collaborations, and projects. Reviewed before publishing.
#projects Things people are building. Ask for help, feedback, or collaborators.
#help Technical questions and craft advice. No question is too basic.
#governance Proposals, decisions, moderation notes, and how the community runs.
What to expect
A small, growing group. Some days it's quiet. Some days it's a hundred messages about a legacy codebase. Both are fine. The point is to have a place where the conversation can happen at all.
We're starting free and starting small. There is no roadmap handed down from above. If you want something to exist here, help make it exist.

Not on Telegram?
That's the current home, but you can still reach us by email at [email protected]. If there's enough demand, we'll open another channel. Working groups decide.
